Riding the Train from Paris, France to Clermont-Ferrand, France

My friend from Argeles-Gazost told me about this train, one of only a couple that get you down south without having to check your bike. It was not a TGV, but pretty slick nonetheless. The hostel was right in the center of Clermont-Ferrand and was quite comfortable. The next morning the Massif Central was visible in the distance, shrouded with clouds.
